Junebug, you made me laugh! GR, I love cheese, too! I get your cheeses as neutrals but, sinus, you know? Cheese/ lack of.... was probably the most difficult food for me to adjust when i got my swami. I do highly recommend swami for everyone! We are all unique! |

I feel like a mix of the two myself (teacher and warrior) as I don't have a long head/face, I'm very short etc. but some of the stuff recommended on the Teacher diet just doesn't jive with me (such as all that dairy) so Warrior makes the most sense to me overall. Not for just that reason but it really fails to matter anyway (or so I'm told) once you start SWAMI (which I'm personally planning on doing soon). Just seems like it can get confusing otherwise (for some people). But if you don't have access to SWAMI (like I don't right now) I'd suggest just using common sense such as my example with the dairy. Listening to your body helps.
RawAwarrior, if you react so strongly to dairy, like myself, you must be lactose-intolerant Teacher. I adhere to my Teacherdiet, without all the dairy! Fits me super! In Swami I tested Teacher allright, heavily lactose-intolerant! Cocky |

I assume I'm a cross between Warrior and Teacher but won't know for sure until I get SWAMI. I've never digested dairy or beef well (constipation) but after I food poisoned myself four years ago, I started reacting VERY strongly to both so it really made my system HYPER sensitive. Actually now that I'm not eating junk any more, I can eat it on OCCASION and am okay. I feel better without it though. My periods are much better. Used to get horrible cramps, now don't even need pain killer. A lot of people have found that to be the case when they removed dairy from their diet. |
