Well I think it comes down to much luck.. I only eat Super Diamond and Beneficials .. and only 4-5 neutrals.. Its been difficult for some things.. like my headaches, I am slowly figuring out what else is maybe helping this or that..
What are you eating? what have you been improving so far.. ? .. progress is slow, depending what you are looking for.. look less at sups as food, and then look where you were years ago.. compare some days and IF all that does not get you results then you need to re-evaluate which tiger you are chasing..
sorryy.... |
| When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfection Being 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships |

Maybe I should know this from your posts, but have you done SWAMI? I changed from a Warrior to an Explorer, and I am doing great! How are you feeling now? |

Thanks for the responses. That gives me hope. I try to eat well. Grass-fed meats and organic vegetables. Overall, I feel much better and am thin! Thank you Dr. D!!! But the white lines change very little. My fingerprints look a lot better and nice and plump if I've been in the sun for a while. D3 doesn't do that! I have both horizontal and vertical lines. |

I've taken LOTS of glutamine. I buy it in bulk from vitacost. No luck... |

Many things! Liver cleanses, gut healing, NAP supplements... Am I the only one who still has white lines? Surely there must be more people on this forum? It just saddens me that Dr. D says it takes a year to get rid of the white lines, but I've been on the diet for years... |

Did someone say that the vertical lines don't count? Eating too much yogurt made my horizontal lines come back after they had disappeared previously. Yogurt is an avoid for me now, though, on SWAMI and I wasn't surprised. My lines are getting much fainter but are still there. |

You certainly aren't. I cut out my gluten back when the Genotype Diet book came out (2007). I still have them and the gut integrity issues like sensitivity to milk and egg protein. |

I still have white lines. I am severely gluten intolerant and had IBS through most of my life. I am now having ideal bowel function and only have troubles when I'm under a lot of stress.
My intestines began healing much more quickly after I eliminated all gluten and cow dairy (except for ghee) 4 years ago. My fingerprints were all nearly smooth at the height of my IBS and finally, at last, I'm beginning to see fingerprints emerging once again. There are still 3 that I can't read.
White lines are still there, but less numerous. The vertical lines are not relevant regarding gut health, but I'm not sure what causes them. I suspect hormonal changes with aging. |

I still have some white lines... My fingerprint ridges have gotten much deeper, but there are still some horizontal lines. I'm still healing other things and removing garbage, so I think the garbage is still annoying the digestive tract enough to keep it from healing completely... |

No solution?
I still have white lines although they have decreased. After 3.5 years on the diet at a high compliancy level, I would have expected them to have reflected more healing. My solution is not to worry about it if you feel you are following your plan. I use how I am feeling as a guide. I check them periodically and as I see some improvements I feel confident I am moving in the right direction but don't really expect them to disappear. I still have plenty of them. Lisa |

Couple of bottles of Gastro-D, Polyflora, and Live Cell. And the vitamins and minerals (still). |

I need to do that, too, so I can get rid of what is left of these things once and for all. Thanks for reminding me, Karma! |
