I read the Genotype Diet book, I took the secretor test. Here are my stats... B+ Nonsecretor 5'4 (63 1/2 inches tall) 30-33 inch torso 28inch leg 13 inch lower leg 13-14 inch upper leg Ring finger longer both hands TORSO LONGER UPPER EQUAL TO LOWER or UPPER LONGER RING FINGER LONGER NOMAD strength test=18 EXPLORER strength test=16 Fingerprints Right thumb=Whorl Right Index=Ulnar Loop Right Middle=Ulnar Loop Right Ring=Radial Loop Right Pinkie=Ulnar Loop Left thumb=Ulnar Loop Left Index=Ulnar Loop Left Middle=Ulnar Loop Left Ring=Whorl Left Pinkie=Ulnar Loop 38 hips 30 waist 0.79 average 9 1/2/ 12 1/2 x 100=76.0 mesocephalic head Supertaster Mesoectomorph Incisor shoveling No Carabelli's cusp Andric leg openings Middle and thumb can overlap Basic Calculator= Hunter, Teacher, Explorer, Nomad Intermediate Calculator= Explorer or Nomad Advanced Calculator= If my Upper leg is longer then I am definitely a Nomad...if my lower leg is longer then I am either Nomad or Explorer but women are likely Explorer here so I am a woman. But men get Nomad for longer lower legs. Does anyone know? I can't decide if my legs are equal or upper is longer than lower. Also my husband got Explorer but it said mostly women get that but he strength tested between his deciding two which were Hunter and Explorer and got 14 for Hunter and 30 for Explorer. My strength test did not confirm which one but was in the middle with an 18 for Nomad and a 16 for Explorer. So I need help...Some kind of tie breaker. I do have fatigue issues...so I thought Nomad for sure but now I am not sure. |

Do you fit either description better? When I first read the book I knew right away that I am an Explorer so I was shocked when I typed as a Teacher. Later I got swami and discovered for sure what I already knew - that I'm an Explorer - but anyway, consider if you "fit" Explorer better than Nomad or vice versa. |

Get a SWAMI and you will be happy. I have elements of Teacher, Warrior and Explorer but so far test the most for Explorer in my diet. If you are Explorer you will have bits and pieces of other type(s) on your body anyway that could be quite subtle but affect your diet and can put you on a new customized path that you will enjoy. |

You might ask yourself if you are prone to viruses that linger for a long time. (Nomad) My B- friend has had Menier's disesase for many years. If not that, then at least you can guess your bone marrow is affecting you esp. if you have been or are anemic. (Explorer) There's many reasons for fatigue; women's tabloids don't explain them as succintly as this diet will. |

Your index fingers have same pattern, usually explorers have an ulnar and a radial on the other finger. Also are you left handed? Those are biggies for explorers. |
