Is it possible that this diet improves your hearing? Lately I've been noticing that whenever I listen to my music I am hearing things in the music that I never noticed before. So I listened very closely and it turns out it's the background music, I am now able to distinguish every background instrument and I know I was not able to do that before. It was just that, background music.
I also notice that I get irritated by high sharp tones like trumpets and such. |

This lifestyle is allowing my body to heal in ways that I never expected, so it wouldn't surprise me at all if your hearing is getting better as well... |

That is healing at a profound level. If you sing, your voice will contain richer harmonics because you can hear them A richer life all around - something to celebrate! |

Not there yet on the singing Paul.
I noticed it a few days ago when I thought "who is that ploinking through my music?" Turns out the ploinking was part of the music, I just never heard it before in that particular song. So I started paying attention to other songs and noticed that I can distinguish the different instruments much better, and hearing more ploinking in other songs as well.
I don't have bad hearing, but apparently there is room for improvement. |

am sharing this with my B type Nomad husband, who suffers from tinnitus and hearing loss-- I have long maintained that adherence woudl probably help this-- I know that certain things bring on hearing issues for me-- alcohol consumption and tinnitus are linked for me, and probably dairy as well... |

My guess would be less wax build up. Wax build up/ear infections have always been a problem for me when I don't eat properly. |

It goes much deeper than this as well... Bones, cartilage, nerves, etc. all reduce inflammation and heal allowing the entire body to function better. |

Well coming along here late.. I have recently been able to hit singing notes I have not been able to do for decades..
Voice as such is a direct indicator to health.. If you remember Clinton he had a raspy voice for years even though he head the best doctors check him out .. he developed a heart attack..
Others who sound strange (like one of the female chefs on TV - would do well to check deeper, or get on BTD here and do better with a healthier diet.. but diet alone was not enough..
YET, for me possibly IT TOOK the Trehalose Complex to help greatly.. I am rather certain that it was not only the Trehalose as a sugar substitute, but the L-Ribose in the TC that does it.. |
| When I see other peoples medicines schedule-I am happy to be here taking care of my health I only wish to drop weight more easily-life would be perfection Being 'here' creates understanding. BTD prevents damage from eating avoids. Thanks Dr D & your sups - all support and friendships |

No doubt. I'm not denying that. Just thought the ear wax thing was worth mentioning. |

Now that I'm thinking about it, the wax build up was probably due to yeast overgrowth. |
