I understand how important it is to have a balance of Omega 3 vs Omega 6 and to have even more Omega 3 then Omega 6, at least thats what I hear.
I fear though that I've not pain enough attention to that aspect of it and IM more or less mudding along on my own and not doing a very good job at this. Consequently Im not as well as I would hope as of yet. So here I am on the board now. What Omega 3 supplements are folks using these days that they like.
