Hi cdix...welcome!! Re the tomatoes - nonnies can be particularly sensitive to environmental things - chemicals, pesticides etc & some of us don't do so well on tomatoes or basil either...?!
When I started the the diet 6 weeks ago, I was completely compliant. But today I just couldn't help myself, I ate one of the small bag's of dill pickle chips.....
That's not "falling off the wagon." You ate one portion of chips, felt the negative consequences, and resumed "eating right" with your next meal.
"Falling off the wagon" is when somebody posts about how they used to to BTD and felt great, but avoids slipped in over time, and it's now 3 years and 100 lbs later and they need help and support to get started again.
You're doing just fine.
