In the event I am a warrior, I am pretty curious about the heart problems. First, about where I am seeing this from.
D-Ribose is doing exactly, for me, what I need. I can sleep and my muscles are relaxing. Bowel functions are returning. Hair is growing back (maybe), everything. Hell I am growing more hair on my body in places I didn't always have hair. Although that started to pick up with choline, butter, and eggs. The only other way for me to start building up D-Ribose has been to sit on my butt, literally, and do NOTHING until I got better. It doesn't work while trying to live.
I keep reading about it basically allowing the heart to relax between beats, and return energy and oxygen to muscles so they can relax. I have had problems with muscles being too tight before. Many of them just wouldn't stretch at all. I feel my cardiovascular system changing. My neck is more relaxed now.
In the past when I exercised hard my heart would instead of pumping hard, big pumps, go into a mode that was just really fast and weaker. This happened after exercising a lot, not when I was a kid. Also my body stopped demanding oxygen, my breath just sorta went away. Also in more recent years if I exercise HIT, really try my best to try as hard as possible, then my chest sorta "clears out". It is painful but after I end up feeling better eventually. It is a big relief, and maybe my face isn't as red? Mozzarella cheese and watching carbohydrates makes my face less red too. However I have to point out that my skin in the past has always felt a bit numb after exercising.
This is all very confusing to me. I don't know if I should stop exercising with my friend, for one. I don't know if I should check heart disease on my SWAMI-E. I don't know if when I ate vegetarian and exercised a lot did this to me, or if the exercise did.
My grandfather died of a heart attack. He couldn't really sleep laying down. I am sure he would of benefited a lot from D-Ribose, B12, and more. He didn't have digestion issues like me as far as I know. He was really muscular, andric, when young. He almost died as a child due to a kidney issue (born cross eyed too). He had a deep chest, a weight issue (the more lose kind, like me). He was not that old (73). But it makes me wonder if he was a warrior because the only thing that indicates that at all is the heart disease and long lower leg. His head was the opposite of an egghead, he was left handed, andric, longer ring fingers, just the opposite. I defiantly follow after that side of the family.
My understanding of warrior heart problems from what I could gather, was about dwindling of nutrients, and mostly eating cholesterol with avoids. I thought they where the type that built up plaque, but do they really just wear out? If this is the case shouldn't they (we) all be put on D-Ribose?
At least now I know why I have felt like the only thing making me better was sitting still doing nothing.
I am a bit curious about blood thinners always making me feel good, in the past, in relation to this too. I don't have thick nails (in fact my toe nails grow slow). However lately ginger tea doesn't do anything for me (use too).
It is so clear my circulation is getting better by eating fats, cholesterol, choline, and D-Ribose... I just don't know exactly what it means.
