I think on the BTD they are out for an O,   but are they ever acceptable for any category of an O on the GTD?

O secretors can have honey. Any O, secretor or non, can have tomatoes if they don't have arthitis/join issues.

Yep that was it, I sometime wonder if there are any adult O without arthitis/join issues.

best is running a swami to find out how these rate for you in a personalized report

for me, tomatoes are an avoid and I do not have arthritis issues

also honey is an avoid as well, due to my LDN status.....

individuality is key

Tomatoes are too good to pass up in the summer but they do contain chitins which are irritating.

On my Swami - tomatoes are a diamond superfood, and honey is neutral.  I'm a Hunter O-.

As Lola says we're all individuals - I don't have any joint issues either.

Tomatoes are out for myself and Mr. KK. I'm O neg, he's O pos; we're both secretors.  We have SWAMI Express. I have a hint of arthritis in one hip joint. My sister is O pos, nonnie, has arthritis and she gets tomatoes.

Like Lola says, Individuality is key.

Knowledge is power.  SWAMI gives you the diet that will unlock the key to better health, and it's all based on your unique individuality.
