i just wanted to share this as i am rather excited about it...
i was redoing my measurements etc today, as after watching the video i realized i did some of them incorrectly.
i redid my fingerprints too... and while there are still the horizontal white lines... they are getting less!
but what i really noticed was that the ridges are clearer! I can actually make out my left index finger pattern now (for years it was just flat!).
ah! so thankful to Dr D.!!! xoxox |

What great news!! Stark proof of the healing going on in side! I well remember when I happened to look at my fingers one day and realized that I had NO lines on them, and the ridges were so distinct! Congratulations!! |

I'm redoing mine on the weekend. It's encouraging to know, keeping my fingers crossed. And some of you are Explorers, maybe I'm wrong to feel this way, but sometimes I feel disadvantaged that I am an Explorer. |

zenphoenix Diane, everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Dr. D said Explorers often have a bunch of issues and then end up being the last ones standing in old age. For goodness sake, you are also a type "O" and he says type O's often outlive the A's (cancer, heart disease). No pity party. |

it's easy to feel that way, sometimes being an explorer can seem so...well.... nitpicky! lol but i have noticed something among me and a couple of my explorer friends and explorer parents... when we try something, if it's good for us, we respond almost immediately! If it's not so good... we respond almost immediately! When i compare to my hunters (DH and BFF) and warriors (sis-in-law, friend), and my nomads (most of my family)... it seems like it takes them longer to see the results of a good or not so good experiment. It's like explorers just adapt, and adapt right now! I think that is a great advantage |

Great news to share! The white lines on my fingerprints have improved 70% in the past ten months when actually doing fingerprints and comparing then and now. Yet, the lines still do show up with a jeweller's magnifying glass. (Did not have that magnifier last year).
Last year my husband and friends could not get over how difficult it was to see my prints. They could see theirs with their eyes and it matched with their prints. This is because my ridges are so low, which they still are. Although still hard to read, my DH discovered that my RD3, 4 & 5 are different that what he thought last year.
Re-did SWAMI and still an Explorer as I knew I would be and a few foods changed but nothing drastic.
Having such personalized food choices from the SWAMI software combined with the Deflect and Intrinsia supplements from NAP have made this possible.
Perhaps next year my ridges will have improved. This is very encouraging.
