wellllll....liqueors (or however you spell it) are very high in...........sugar!
Indulging in alcohol is one thing, but pure sugar is another. (I'll take alcohol......I favor a drink called "gin and soda, twist of lime". (soda is bubbly water, no sugar.....not that swami allows gin!)

Liquor, Distilled is rated for GT

find out how it might rate for you running a swami......I seriously doubt it being a SF or diamond for anyone......

to that add all ingredients in your specific liquor

According to the GTD book, Distilled Liquor is an avoid for Nomad.

Nomads should focus on beer or red wine for their alcohol based beverages...

Have it as an occasional treat and keep the Deflect handy.

Oops! Was meant to write "Liquer" in the title! I know "distilled liquor" is a no no...but pretty sure after some research that Creme de menthe is vodka based not a good idea for my system! Cheers ya'll and happy new year!
