wellllll....liqueors (or however you spell it) are very high in...........sugar! Indulging in alcohol is one thing, but pure sugar is another.  (I'll take alcohol......I favor a drink called "gin and soda, twist of lime". (soda is bubbly water, no sugar.....not that swami allows gin!) |

According to the GTD book, Distilled Liquor is an avoid for Nomad. Nomads should focus on beer or red wine for their alcohol based beverages... |

Oops! Was meant to write "Liquer" in the title! I know "distilled liquor" is a no no...but pretty sure after some research that Creme de menthe is vodka based  not a good idea for my system! Cheers ya'll and happy new year! |
