What I like about SWAMI is the way it fine tunes things.

Being Explorer is really tweaked by your bloodtype I think-- probably all Explorer Os and Bs who do Swami get liver (and of course red meat) as a bene or neutral, and Explorer As might not.

All that aside, I think that doing good stuff for your liver is really important. In my late 30s and 40s I had fibroids-- the only health issue the BTD didn't resolve for me. I had to resort to a hysterectomy in my early 50s.

I believe if I had had the Genotype info back then I probably could have gotten rid of them. At least one doctor writing in the holistic field in the 80s was sure it was a liver-toxicity issue.

As long as I eat meat I don't have iron deficiency problems, only when I was vegetarian... don't know what Dr. D recommends for As for that.

This SWAMI Explorer A-Type can have liver!! Only as a neutral, but I'm satisfied with that!
