Hi all. I was in the natural food store the other day and saw a display that had this.

I didn't get any because I'm supposed to be avoiding sweeteners, not finding new ones. But since I know jerusalem artichokes are a diamond for me, I figured others might be interested in knowing this exists and maybe giving it a go.

did you read ingredients?

hope no hfcs is added or other non compliant sweeteners to fill in for the syrup part of the product, cause JA don t taste too sweet to me!!! haha


or maybe it is the JA flowers that are sweet??

I did. The only ingredient was jerusalem artichokes.

The essential living brand is from China (to some people this is a concern).

Even though it contains no High Fructose Corn Syrup, the product would contain naturally occurring fructose (a problem for some).
