My friend is a very classic warrior aside from being more endomorph and less meso. He has a real egghead! Big head, big face. However now that we know his genetic information... He is allergic to all seafood.
What does a warrior do when the one meat source they have is not really compatible with them? |

...and vendace? Sorry, I had to mention it - vendace is freshwater fish and really enjoys *fresh* water... But it sounds like all fish would cause allergy :/ |

I cannot believe that cod or other white fishes also seas fishes are all dangerous for him, Halibut monk fish , scorpion fish, sea bream, herring, sardines. Sure he can eat many of these. the most of fish allergy are to crustaceans and squid, octopus, shrimp families, these are probably to avoid, also if Warriors can eat scallops and mussels, that I like so much ! |

My only suggestion is to utilize the proteins he can eat, either superfood or neutral, hoping that as he detoxes and heals that the allergies leave as well... |

While most warriors choose to eat meat it is okay not to. Here is a comment in a SWAMI Xpress thread:
Vegan is fine for type A; it's just not mandatory.

With B12 supplementation anyway. Interesting... I never read that by Dr. D but will consider it a very valuable tid-bit. |
