Rice.....Ruby Red Jasmine....Kidney Beans
Understand to avoid white rice,,,,are all other rices good to go? Specifically bought some wild rice,,,which takes a while to cook, Then got some Organic Ruby Red Jasmine which takes about half the time of the wild grain basamati(sp)

Also was looking at my canned Chili beans, realize they have kidney beans in them.I don't think I get any stomach aches from them, yet does that mean I should exclude them or just occasionally have if not right for my Genotype?

to each their own
only you can decide for yourself

if you wish to know how a food rates for you personally, run a swami!

Your best bet is to only eat compliant foods, even if you don't notice any problems when you eat them. Since you don't have obvious symptoms from the canned beans you bought, I'd suggest that you go ahead and finish up what you've already purchased, but get something more compliant when it's time to buy more.

wild rice is really a grass. Is it listed separately on in swami?  Most people mix it with a reg rice.
