I got my lab results back today.

According to them the only thing slightly strange was my red and white blood cells where big.

MCHC 34.6
EOS .53

And my Kidney function was above normal, in a good way. Everything else was good.

Despite the fact I have had ear infection, sinus infection, tooth infection, and maybe intestinal (more in a minute) they said my rating for sign of inflammation was 0%.

I have had maybe the stomach flu but it has been making me feel great in some ways. My body feels loser, and it seems like there was a lot of matter in me that needed to come out. It was bulkier than normal diarrhea. My intestines just feel like they have been getting overhauled. This has made my body feel like a tight grip has just loosened on me in many places. My appreciation for nature, memory, ability to read, soreness in mid-body, has all been improved. My bed actually feels good now. I can sort of feel the sheets again.

One person I know was recently sick, and the Dr. said people have had the flu. Thing is my body seemed to just not even deal with my sinus, ear, or tooth infection until I started to load up on things it needed like zinc. I would get mild bouts of inflammation, in them, but that was all.

I pee clear till I am dehydrated, if I drink much green tea. I read it can be a sign of infections.

Anyway it is clear my gut eco-system is changing. The chicory root has been doing something I think.

I am wondering if it is possible to have infections without inflammation? SWAMI is giving me teacher now that I put down slight-taster. However given that my cardio system felt inadequate blood-flow wise to even heal or get blood to certain areas until I really upped omega-3's, protein, and took aspirin for a week or two (children size), I don't think my body could take care of an infection. The "sticky blood" issue has certainly made blood thinning stuff make me feel better from time to time (like ginger) but omega-3s and whatnot have done more. The weird thing with tasting strips is that I can go from not tasting to wondering if I am near a super taster. I sort of lose sense of taste and then it comes back at different times.

Does any of this make any sense? I feel determined to keep up on things that are good for gut-flora for sure.

Oh and all my blood sugar stuff was great. Triglycerides were super good. Which is all weird because I am still fat. I feel like blood sugar can go a bit up and down at times. Less so since the diarrhea (which has not ended).

I started typing a response on the other thread (the double of this one, that you deleted while I was typing a response.)

Do you currently have the tooth infection, ear infection, etc, or are those things you've had recently that are now healed? It could be that you HAD inflamation and infections, but they're gone now.

Elevated white blood cells are to be expected when fighting off any kind of illness.

I don't think you've had the "stomach flu." I think you've  been doing major detox and deep healing.

Yes very recent, the last month. Tooth pulled too.

I am sure I am detoxing in some ways. It is just confusing to feel like such c**p yet have 0% inflammation test (is that unusual for being "healthy" even?). I sure don't feel like I have zero inflammation when my sinus are awful, cardio system feels bad, sore areas of the body, etc... just makes me wonder if maybe my body doesn't work that way.

My blood pressure was normal instead of being closer to low.

I had zero stomach acid I think, when it all started. I could feel it, dry, then the burping... so dry. Now it is coming back though.

I don't think fat people necesarily have high triglicerides. I am way overweight and my tri's are always good. In fact I have doctors tell me they don't understand how all my bloodwork is always so good, since I am overweight. I tell them they are idiots if they think they can determine how healthy I am by looking at me (and seeing an overweight person).

Did they pull an infected tooth without giving you an antibiotic? I've known of people whose health was severely impacted by such a thing! I would be taking a LOT of Vitamin C if I were you along with a whole lot of other stuff. WOW! I've just order some Vitamin C that is NOT from corn and I simply can't wait to get it!!

No, they gave me anti-biotics. The other thing that triggered my body taking care of business was cranberry juice (got to get more tomorrow).

My blood work was good across the board, especially with all the sugar stuff.

My LDL was 104 (100 is best) but my good to bad rating was 3 out of 5, where as anything above 5 is bad so the doctor said I was really far from it being an issue.

I am consuming Vitamin C.

I have lost a few lbs.
