The food is unrated so can be considered neutral. Or use the general seaweed rating (Neutral for A).

Two general concerns when sourcing the product:

Hijiki can have high arsenic levels.

Following difficulties at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, there has been some reports of elevated radiation levels from Hijiki harvested on the East side of Japan.
