Specifically, the MK-4 form. Highly recommended by the Weston A. Price foundation. You would think that MK-4 would be highly recommended (for O's especially) in the GTD.

Presently Dr. D'Adamo supplement's include phytonadione (K1), a plant derived source of Vitamin K.

Bacteria in the intestines convert K1 to K2.

Not all blood types need extra Vitamin K, so only products for some blood types include vitamin K.
