Dried taro leaves store very well, and the main reason I do not eat my veggies is storage issues. They are compact, and keep a year.

However, are they compliant for me? The taro listed in the database is for the root. Any thoughts?

The important things with the leaves is that they are fully cooked.

Taro leaves (and shoots) are rated in SWAMI, but not for BTD.

MIfHI                            I follow a SWAMI diet.
