I think turmeric is a miracle spice. It is wonderful for so many different reasons!

And in addition to that long list, turmeric is good for fighting those nasty polyamines and indols. Whenever I eat canned or frozen foods (except green ones), I make sure I either season with turmeric or down a capsule of it. Oh, and I think it is great that even dogs can benefit from this great spice!

I'm not sure there is a "one size fits all" answer to this question.  
I think Dr. D.'s general answer is "No" - probably due to the possible bacterial ingestion, but there are specific cases where the answer would / could be "Yes".

Just my 2 cents in distilling what has been stated / discussed here.

Oh, but O`s have very effective figthing mechanism over bacteria.
That makes me think that I can.
But on the other side it`s hard to take the risk. Since INndividuality kicks in.

Update re me eating raw egg yolks... I only did this a couple of times & never got back to posting on this topic but they definitely did not agree with me, I think due to the sulphur content?! Despite my love of the taste... & the convenient breakfast idea

Yey a reply. I thought it wold and at the comment of Mark. Anyway do you guys worry about that bacterial infection. Is it that intolerable by O`s that can they can`t fight bacteria`s inside our stomach with raw egg? I`m telling this because as what I know  O`s have great immune system over bacteria.

High quality eggs have low bacterial counts to begin with. The eggs that are unsafe to eat raw are the ones from factory farmed, unhealthy chickens. I still digest egg whites better when cooked.
