Some pizza places will make a glutenfree pizza for you if you bring the dough and they are sure that you are not celiac. Because there will be gluten flour on the premises and they don't want to kill you, obviously
The trick is to call in sometime when they are not busy and discuss the options- especially if you are bringing a crowd with you for an occasion  
I am sure they'd love the business!
