I would do like Geminisue said and avoid the avoids.  Also, if it were me, I would do the minimum of 30 minutes of exercise daily and focus on diamond foods as well as portion control.

That is so true, my body has changed dramatically. I was in a woman's 34 dress and now, I am in an 18/20, tops were 3X now 16/18, pants was 26 now 16/18, but my weight is so much higher than what should be in those sizes, I was in those sizes when I was around 200 lbs many years ago, now in the 270's. So the body does change in good ways.

I walk a lot also; weight lifting a few days a week is great too.  Meat, eggs fish kefir etc-- protein  at every meal & tons of it.  I've learned the hard way not to skip or skimp on food, just causes more problems.  Cottage cheese, low sugar fruit & almonds is a great combo.  I'm eating more these days & also doing a little more carbs 2 data a week to switch up my metabolism after years if too strict dieting.
