Could anyone please inform whether soy lecithin (which is in all dark chocolate that I'd like to try) is ok for type B Nomads??? I have a very sensitive stomach, should I just steer clear of it all together? Thanks |

As far as I know, soy lecithin is okay for all types (someone will correct me if I'm mistaken, I'm sure). Try a small piece and see how it sits. |

For me, under Vegetable Proteins, "soybean granules, lecithin" is listed as an avoid. Under Condiments, "Lecithin" is a neutral. I'm thinking that the latter lecithin is from eggs, but I'm not certain. I need to find out for sure, since I have two 1 pound unopened bags of soy lecithin in my freezer. |

The listing "soybean granules, lecithin" refers to ground soybeans that are used in burgers, etc. Lecithin as a condiment is the lecithin that we add to foods, such as smoothies, gravies, etc. |

If it reads on the packet "Emulsifier - soy lecithin" does that make it ok for B's? Thanks all for your input |

Why is this protocol specific for Bs? All of the ingredients in the fluidizer cocktail are beneficial for me. Would this have any benefits for other blood types? |

p193 LR4YT. Thanks Lola. Now I've got a way to get in the lecithin. It references lycopene and guava, watermelon, and grapefruit juice for type A's. Do guava's grow where you are? Curious if you have a tree. |
