Could anyone please inform whether soy lecithin (which is in all dark chocolate that I'd like to try) is ok for type B Nomads??? I have a very sensitive stomach, should I just steer clear of it all together? Thanks

As far as I know, soy lecithin is okay for all types (someone will correct me if I'm mistaken, I'm sure). Try a small piece and see how it sits.

For me, under Vegetable Proteins,  "soybean granules, lecithin" is listed as an avoid.
Under Condiments, "Lecithin" is a neutral.
I'm thinking that the latter lecithin is from eggs, but I'm not certain.
I need to find out for sure, since I have two 1 pound unopened bags of soy lecithin in my freezer.

The listing "soybean granules, lecithin" refers to ground soybeans that are used in burgers, etc.
Lecithin as a condiment is the lecithin that we add to foods, such as smoothies, gravies, etc.

If it reads on the packet "Emulsifier - soy lecithin" does that make it ok for B's? Thanks all for your input

Why is this protocol specific for Bs?  All of the ingredients in the fluidizer cocktail are beneficial for me.  Would this have any benefits for other blood types?

p193 LR4YT. Thanks Lola. Now I've got a way to get in the lecithin. It references lycopene and guava, watermelon, and grapefruit juice for type A's.

Do guava's grow where you are? Curious if you have a tree.
