You have never seen my family, we are a bunch of freaks. None of us have long heads, no arch finger prints (I do not think anyways), none of us have longer legs than torso, probably only the women have longer index fingers (from those I have checked or looked at), and none of us have ever been a computer programmer or doctor. No one past the age of 45 looks stressed out in the face in particular. Very little hair loss. I am the only one with adrenal fatigue showing in my face. |

No? Why would hunters all be non-secreters? |

Arnold's book says he is Blood Type A. He lost weight faster and gained it faster than other people, in fact at an astronomical rate when it came to competitions. He ate tons of pasta and meat. Tons as in you could not stomach the same amounts. Type A explorer. Here is his NOT elongated head. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_kxPG.....Schwarzenegger_8.jpgHere is his classic explorer narrow gonial angle "cut or chiseled jaw" that comes with more testosterone I am starting to think. (my family of warriors has square jaws and more long ring fingers) http://laist.com/images/238-big-arnold-schwarzenegger.jpgHis Type B endomorphs (Gatherers probably) lifting buddies could never lose weight as fast as him but they did gain fat easily if they tried to eat as much pasta as he did, unfortunately it was fat and not muscle. |

I have Education of a Bodybuilder at home signed by Arnold. Read it several times and do not recall him mentioning his blood type. Granted it has been several years since reading it last. Now I am curious to read it again just to see if I can find it. Is this the book you are referring to, DoS? |

Oh, yeah. Back when I was 21-22, got in fantastic shape, but still never really shed my belly fat. Couldn't lift real heavy and didn't get real big. Now, this was 84-85, no internet, no clue about diets or supps, and no lifting partner. Went back at it at age 42, again no partner, couldn't lift heavy, didn't get real big, couldn't shed my belly fat, despite 4-6 miles on bike daily, and 200 situps a day. I don't worry about it any more. I just want peace and healthful living. Gyms stress me out too much. Too many jackasses workout there, too. |

Unfortunately I am 24 and have never known what it is like to be healthy or look young and fit. I did doubt you packed on muscle... but I wanted to hear any ways. I lifted some in high school and it made me feel good but I never got big. |

Sorry to hear that, DoS. Hope things turn around for ya. My 21 yo son is type A+, just sent in his secretor test to Dr. D, and has done the SWAMI and recently updated his personality type on there, and it currently has him as an Explorer. He really digs lamb (sf on his SWAMI, supposed to have it 3x week), and has recently got into weights a lot. He did it his senior year in HS and he was looking nice and big. He's 6'1" but at somewhere like 165 lbs. He's real skinny and ectomorphic. He also likes to run the few times he's done it. I think with some weights and good amounts of SWAMI foods, and with me or someone else knowledgeable as a lifting partner, he'd really go places with his physique. He just doesn't really have the drive to do it. Something external would have to really motivate him. |

I think lamb is good. I like running, weights, and road bicycling. I am over 200lbs though at the same height. All those things are bad for me too. My physique goes no where. Lamb makes me ultimately really unhealthy from what I can tell. Funny how we are all different. |

Wow, she is totally wow wow wow. I bet GT5.
My reasoning is as follows. This JWOW girl looks like a brunette Britney Spears. Britney Spears is blood type A, I figure Britney is a GT5 (She seems to strength test for it, she is musical "perfectionist," a "prescise" dancer with a "charismatic but choleric personality" prone to "binge drinking" and of course she is "beautiful when young.") , thus I conclude she is a GT5.
I could be wrong. This JWOW girl looks "surgically enhanced" particularly along the bust line...
She could be a hunter. Hunters tend to have high metabolisms, that would imply a lean and no doubt a very attractive physique, but not likely on a busty woman. But with silicon, even GT1s can look voluptuous... |

I thought Elvis was listed in the Genotype Diet book under gatherer type? I'll have to go pull mine out and check. That's why I mentioned him.
I have my suspicions that Gene from the rock group "KISS" is a nomad and his son too. Others I suspect to be BT Bs: Jack Black, Christina Applegate, Drew Barrymore, and lots of ther comedian actors like Adam Sandler.

There is no way J-Woww is an ecto or ecto-mesomorph. No way. Look at pictures of her. Her sheer size is bigger than other women and men. She does not have one GTD5 feature.
Britney seems like an unlikely GTD5 with her low growth rate factor (short lower legs). She eats teacher like when she is in shape or losing weight. She does however run and lift weights (but often loses muscle as is apparent).
Elvis was said to be a Gatherer in the book. However Dr. D can be wrong. He speculated Marylin Monroe was a Gatherer but she is type AB blood (and a Nomad). However nothing makes me thing Elvis is a GTD5. Every trate that could be GTD5 can be GTD2 as well, including lower leg length. His head is not elongated, he does not have any hear between his eyebrows, he does not have any sinewy/tendon visibility, he does not have a big chest, he has no visible GTD5 issue. He had cardiovascular and weight problems like with can have... That is about all we know.
Adam Sandler a Type B? Well a Gatherer at least I would suspect. His ability to stay at a good weight would be more B than O, for Gatherer.
Jack Black and his brother are probably either A or B, would not be surprised if both GTD5.
Christina Applegate, really? She has no hips of a Nomad, padding of a Gatherer, and not bean poll skiny like Explorer type B's. She lacks the wide gonial angel of GTD2 and GTD6.

I think the key is that we are guessing. Nothing we say is factual, it is speculative. (Note the considerable disagreements that are in the thread.)
As to being useful? I bet not much... |

If they do not know secreter status it can at times be useful.
Mostly it is just fun. |
