I'm finding that since I've been on BTD, I'm having more energy in the evening and at night. What are your experiences with energy level fluctuations throughout the day? |

While my energy levels do fluctuate from am to pm, I still find that my levels are best in the morning...once I get going.
My day starts quite early (about 6:00 when I get up) and ends when the last dish is washed (about 8:30). And because I'm going all day, I push to get the most done during the morning hours.

Changeling, I think that's the issue for me! I work a desk job and can't move around much until the afternoon when I get off - then my energy levels go through the roof because I finally have the opportunity to move around! |

My energy level has always been the highest in the morning. The BTD and now the hunter plan hasn't changed that. However, I do have more energy throughout the day which is because of BTD. |

Yes...I completely agree. Sometimes it's not so much whether I feel more energetic in the morning vs afternoon vs evening, but more so when I have the best opportunity to move PERIOD! BTD/GTD did not alter that at all. Changeling |

I am a morning person regardless, but btd has assisted in an increase in energy as the day progresses. A good breakfast makes me alive all am. Oh, and my morning workout |

Me too!! Strangely enough my Hunter is often awake & has energy/can't sleep from 2am to 4am I tell him to just go to bed later & he maybe he would sleep through...but he says he does a lot of this thinking then... Ok as long as he doesn't wake me up I guess |

I went with late morning as the first hour or two are a little slow. I find it a good time to get anything essential done and over with. Giving it a little thought a good breakfast gives me a real energy boosst. |

For the "irregular" sleepers out there, food for thought: http://www.nytimes.com/2012/09.....eral&src=me& |

My avatar says Gatherer, but I'm still working my head around a new genotyping of Hunter. I have my best energy in the morning. My Hunter hubby seems to have better energy in the afternoon. |

I really can't answer this yet as I'm in a healing phase and my body is working to adjust itself and my brain is too! So right now I'm going through phases of fatigue at various times during the day and sometimes I wake up feeling great.. other times i wake up feeling achy and draggin'... and all through each day.. the energy can be high or it might be waning..
so I hope to be able to report back soon after a couple more months of healing where my best energy is!!! I'd love to wake up refreshed and stay high on good energy all day! But I do think that stress kills alot of good intentions!!! ARGHH!!!! And one can't always control that when it comes out of left field in life situations... |
