Whatareyoutalkinabout! Never in a million years would I go near any of these! They're poison! I've been gluten free for nearly 4-5 years, haven't touched coffee in at least 2-3 years, and corn syrup is not found in the foods I typically consume.
I'll add my own appetite stimulants: MSG, dextrose, maltodextrin. But perhaps you already avoid them?
My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant. Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index. DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.

For sugar cravings, and really all excessive hunger issues, I like to take Angstrom Chromium (http://www.meminerals.com/cata.....retail&Express=1). I found out that when you really need a mineral, it tastes sweet. Chromium always tastes very sweet to me when I'm in the sugar craving mode. I take it until it tastes like water again, and it works good for me.
