How much better off am I if I only eat the diamonds?  Will I still feel just as good if I ate the regular superfoods but for a longer time?  I start to feel guilty when I neglect some diamonds .

Hard to judge, you are only 26 years old and I suspect healthy.

This diet is not to make you feel guilty.  I consider this a thinking persons diet. Dr. D gives you the tools then you have to decide how much or how little you need to use them.

I think the only difference between the diamonds and the superfoods is the weight loss factor.

When dealing with a major health issue, or weight problem, eating only diamonds can super-charge your body with all you need to be healthy in all ways.

For daily life, and for a person who is young/healthy/normal weight, you could easily thrive on superfoods with diamonds as much as possible and some neutrals here and there for variety.  This is my own take on it, and not necessarily what Dr. D has to say on the matter.

Quoted Text
According to the book (pg. 253), Superfoods act as medicines, balancing stress, regenerating genes, and repairing the digestive tract.  Superfoods that help maintain ideal weight, increase muscle mass, and decrease body fat are identified by the diamond icon.  To gain maximum benefit from the diet, these foods should be routinely consumed.

All Superfoods (diamond or not) are going to maintain or rebuild health.  If you have a weight challenge or need to build muscle mass, then you should make sure to include some diamonds in your diet.

Really?  Build muscle mass?  Boy I could use some of that!  Interesting though, it does seem to be happening and I do eat a lot of diamonds.  Never knew they would help for that though, or if I did I forgot.  Nice to think about that connection.

Hoping to help those jiggly arm things we get as we age.

Well, I'm 26 but don't feel very healthy yet but I'm getting there.  I still have bouts of inflammation every now and then, brain fog and chest pain.  I was on only the diamonds for a couple days and then I started to work out some and my heart was racing after some simple workouts but I noticed that I felt really strong afterwards.  I am not over weight but maybe about 5 pounds under. Its hard to get enough calories when I only stick to the diamonds.

In January, when I began the Warrior diet, I focused a lot on the diamond foods...I had a lot of
inflammation and an achy body when I began the diet..  It took me a really long while concentrating on diamonds until I started to see improvement.  At that point, I incorporated a bit more superfoods...but still, if I'm having a bad day or week, I go back to square one...and do a few days of just diamonds.

Personally I feel eating many superfoods isn't a problem as long as I get enough diamonds.

I don't tolerate many black dot foods and I pretty much avoid them.

Paulpaul, the Warrior diet should help to build muscle. Are you feeling hungry?  You could
always eat larger portions of recommended foods.  That would give you more calories.
