What about Rice Starch?  Anyone know if that would stall weight loss?

I made some chicken noodle soup with rice noodles and forgot to rice them as suggested, to remove the excess starch.

The soup is wonderfully thick and kind of like Chicken and Dumplings but I wonder if the extra Rice Starch might stall any weight loss efforts or cause any other issues.

I know it's a neutral for Hunters.

It does not seem to me that rinsing would have removed that much compared to how much you get from the noodles themselves. The idea with rice is to use whole grain as the bran is what makes rice a superfood. If your noodles are from polished rice/starch then they are not going to support weight loss but can be used as any neutral.

You can make dumplings with my biscuit recipe.

If you can have eggs, add one to the recipe.  Make sure the soup is seriously boiling before dropping in the batter in, and make sure your soup has plenty of water, otherwise during the time that it takes for the batter to cook (10 minutes or thereabouts, maybe more) all your liquid will have boiled out of your soup.  Drop in, put the lid on, set the timer and don't peek b/c you'll lose all the steam.
