I got my Nomad B son to read his list of foods and all of his favorite foods were there! We started talking about coffee and he said he didn't like coffee and he told me my O son is developing a liking for it..NNOOOOO! I got the book and we looked up coffee for him which is a black dot and he said he didn't like it anyway!  This is huge! I have him thumbing through the book now!! One more son to go..

How do I know he's a Nomad?  His father is always traveling...
and also intuition.

That's great.  My kids think I'm a food freak and would never consider coming on board.  They are both A+ and they eat all wrong.  One's tall and slim and healthy and the other is even taller (6'6"+) and very very heavy.  He was tested at about 12 for allergies and we were told he had wheat allergies.  He's paid no attention to that.  I think he might be celiac but he won't even discuss it with me.

If you make your own pizza bases, you could make it with spelt to lessen the wheat that he's having.  I do that for hubby and he can't tell the difference.

Well, don't despair, Dian. I ate the stuff until I was forty-six years old and loved every bite of it!    Actually, I aged much faster in the years after I stopped eating it than all the years before! We know what Dr. D. had to say about Warrior's aging, though. Happens almost overnight sometimes.

I hear ya. I feel like I aged over night also..I feel even worse when I see pics of me in my 20's and 30's.
I used to be able to lose weight so easy, now I cheat one day and I gain 2 lbs that'll take me 2 weeks to lose!

Hmmmmm.  I look better now than I did at 18.  At 18 I was a size 12.  You know what?  I went and tried on a pair of jeans at a consignment store (all my pants are falling off me!) and I easily fit a 6!  The skirt I bought was a 2!   Thanks, Dr. D.

Maybe I won't age rapidly since I'm on the diet.  Oh, wait.  I'm on the Teacher diet now.  Maybe I'll age poorly while I'm trying to figure out my GenoType.  I'll ask Dr. D when I see him in October if he can type me just by looking at me.

Thanks ABJoe and Maria!

Ribbit size 2? Girl don't waste away .
How tall are you? You look like a Warrior to me. Long head. Don't cha love that? "Hey, you have a long head"   You don't, however look like me..your's is in more proportion than mine.  Mine's really narrow.
I bet Dr. D can Genotype just by looking at people..I actually caught myself doing that.."That guy looks like a Hunter" I'm Genotyping people I see..lol.

I'm not good enough to genotype somebody yet.  I haven't even read the whole book--just the Warrior, Teacher and Nomad sections.  Well, and the whole beginning, of course.  I'm not wasting away.  I actually feel good in my new body.  Yes, I have a long head.  A Warrior head.  But wouldn't the Teacher diet (especially these crazy cheeses) really throw me for a loop?  I can't tell any difference between the Warrior diet and the Teacher diet.  I'm 5'6"-7"-ish.  I feel lean and limber, which I've never been before.  I've stopped running into door frames and hitting my hips and elbows on chair backs.  I used to be rather clumsy, but not in my new slim body.

I do this too. My boss is definitely a gatherer. When she was a bit younger and a lot less heavy she was a gorgeous woman.

Even though she is probably about 75-100 lbs heavier she still has that soft attractive looking face.

Dr. D. was right when he said that when gatherers and warriors lose a few lbs they produce some of the most dramatic results!!!
