im new to this site, have been trying to eat correctly for a few months. i am eating chia seeds but havent been successful in finding out if they are ok fr me to eat, im type o. i really like to mixflax meal, chia seeds, a little unsweetened cocoa pwder and soy or almond butter with ot water and let thcken, then add a touch of stevia ad a few walnuts,yum

Your recipe above sounds wonderful!!! Chia seeds are great & I hadn't seen this thread before... Interesting as I have read that as the Chia plant has no predators/pests that bother it, it isn't necessary to worry about organic vs normal... Don't know how reliable that info is, but it was consistent on several links so thought I'd pass it on
Definitely drink plenty with them!! I found that out the hard way on a trip to America, where the "facilities" are way smaller than in Aus or NZ... : I practically lived on chia shakes & mixes like yours & altho' I thought I was, I probably didn't drink enough to compensate for the extra heat...
