I'm an Explorer! how do we start this thing up?
I have a couple of recipes I'm experimenting with, one is a seaweed salad salad for people with hypothyroid issues, one is a cilantro pesto for chelating toxic metals. |

New here, looking for recipes ... Sardines are a neutral, but easy to find and not expensive so they are good for lunch or light meals. But they get boring! Something new to try.
In case you have not noticed it, their is a link to recipe central at the top of every page or use this linkAlso there is a collection of Explorer recipes on the GenoType Site. There is a coupon in the back of the GenoType book for a free trial week on the GenoType week which you can use to look at their recipe collection. |

I don't have a recipe for this, but I just bought some of this from a deli. Its chock full of gatherer diamonds and superfoods... Im pretty sure one could figure out the proportions on your own though.

Hi Everyone,
I just migrated from the Geno Type site because it seems as though it will no longer be having a message board at the end of the month. My name is Jumari and I was on the BT diet for only two weeks before I took on the GT diet. I'm an A- Explorer.
My partner and I just bought a bread maker. Its been great but I've been going past my daily carb limmit. I should slowly get down to 3 pieces a day once I get over how great it tastes. I just noticed though that nutritional yeast is a black dot for Explorers, is there a difference between nutritional yeast and bakers yeast?
Thanks,
Jumari |

In the breadmaker, you must use baker's yeast to get the bread to rise.
Nutritional yeast is supplement added to food items and pills to boost nutrition. It is rich in B vitamins. |

Hi C-Sharp,
Thanks for the info and the Welcome. I did enter the info as you asked then I wondered about the difference between the A1 abd A2 Blood types. I am currently waiting on the secretor and prop taster kits.
With regards to the Yeast would you say that bakers yeast is different to Nutritional yeast. Or would it al fall under the same umbrella, "Toxin" yes or no?
With that username you have to be a musician. I play guitar and sing.
Thanks again,
Jumari |

Jumari: Bakers yeast is ok I also recommend adding some blackstrap molasses + carrots to your dough. wiki: Blackstrap molasses is a source of calcium, magnesium, potassium, and iron; |
