Cinnamon Girl - Ah - Someone who understands my enthusiam at having a piece of toast!! Funny how the little things (like a bit of crunch) can bring such joy! I share your happiness at having a sandwich, I had one too. I had no problems at all from any of the products that I purchased, but have decided to try to only have them every third or fourth day, because having a compliant bread in the house is so convenient that I found that I was becoming lazy and not cooking up sweet potato, rice or millet as often. So while I don't think that I get addicted to eating it - I do get addicted to the convenience. My Gatherer husband (lost 30 pounds) and loves the millet/banana/walnut (I know that the banana is an avoid for him, but he takes a few liberties now). I also was a potato chipaholic and so I hear you on the crackers. As a Gatherer, what do you consider Millet flour to be? Millet is listed as a Diamond Food, but I didn't see a listing for Millet flour although there are many flours listed. We are assuming it is a Superfood. I wish there was a Whole Foods in our area, I can get alot of products at our two major supermarkets, but for health food items I have to make a 25 minute drive to a locally owned health food store. They do an excellent job there, but of course they don't carry Sami's Bread. Tea Rose |
