Cashews are listed as black dots. Cashew butter is listed immediately beneath it as an avoid.
Since cashew butter is just ground up cashews (plus maybe some salt & roasting) is this accurate or errata? Looks like a boo-boo to me, but then, which is it - black dot or avoid? Anybody know? Thanks! |

same with almonds for us.....not black dots but a different value....diamond and beneficial, or something like that.... I believe ground home made butter is fine...must be the store bought and the oils and additives it contains, but not sure... |

That makes sense as a possibility for the cashews/cashew butter...but now I've got another question, this time, page 230:
Cherries are listed as a black dot, but my GT3 Activator & Catalyst supplements both list black cherry fruit extract (Prunis serotina) as part of their GenoPlex Proprietary Blend. So, are cherries black dots or superfoods? |

Yeah, and what about pineapple/pineapple juice for Warriors? I know I've asked about this before, but I'm still going |

Hi Eric! Long time, no read. I hope this doesn't offend you or Drive 55, but you remind me of each other. You both seem like friendly upbeat guys we could all enjoy visiting with. You also both have such friendly pictures! Anyway, about the plain nut vs. ground up form: Maybe there is a minor change when more of it is exposed to the air or it loses certain nurients. I guess it would be more questionable if it went from beneficial to avoid, rather than dot to avoid or diamond to super.... Mrs T" O+ |
