Yes he did...I received the new SWAMI package..and a new specialized "Combo" of food groups that when eaten together, is like putting on my "Super-suit" of health! That was a pleasant surprise.. But, I still hate fish. ewww. I wish lobster were good for me. |

Sounds great, Mayflowers! I wonder if there is some way you could "hide" fish in some of those wonderful Italian dishes loaded with spices that would make it more palatable. Oregano could hide just about any taste for me! Cardamom is a good one for hiding stuff with a taste I don't especially like. It is only a neutral but I still put it in all my turkey burgers. I used to use cloves along with it, but since it is an avoid now I leave that off (I use turmeric instead). Even die-hard beef burger fans loved my turkey burgers. Sprinkled fairly heavily with cardamom, cloves, garlic and sprayed with olive oil before grilling. Yummy! Take your "medicine" somehow and look forward to the day when you can feast on lobster once every blue moon! |

Spring, I do the same thing. I try to cover up things..I usually use Indian cooking to cover up things I didn't like..curry makes just about anything taste wonderful. Since Italian is a big "tomato" cuisine, and, it's an avoid, so it's hard to use Italian. I used to cover up eggplant with curry because I didn't like eggplant and I thought it was good for me (who knew?) It's an avoid. I could try to hide the fish in curry..never tried that. I'm glad I'm a Warrior because I always liked to eat vegetarian and now I can pretty much stay one! YEAH! |

Yeah, I know Italian goes heavily to tomatoes but I was thinking about the spices. Curry is something that I am trying my best to eat more of, but I can't take much of it. Putting two or three other spices with it definitely helps. Vegetarian certainly works for a lot of people. Now, you can enjoy it without feeling guilty one bit for not eating that old fish!!! My sister used to talk about eating a cup of yogurt with a few other things for lunch, and I thought I could never make a lunch off of that! Now, I'm finding that I enjoy it so much I feel almost guilty! It's like having dessert not just before lunch but for lunch! |

Mayflowers, can you give an example of the 'combos' he suggested for you & are there any others that are for all types? I'm an O, so won't copy you(I think!).
I'm sure they were great at the clinic. I wish we could all get the royal treatment, too.

Since Italian is a big "tomato" cuisine, and, it's an avoid, so it's hard to use Italian....
I am not a huge fan of things that swim either. However, as an Italian myself, all I have to say is garlic, garlic, and more garlic. Did I mention garlic? Just remember not to bring that garlic engorged meal to work for lunch! I made my favorite lentil dish and brought left overs to work the next day. The garlic's potency grew over night, and I ate it for lunch. I spent the whole day saying to patients, "Hi, I'm Dr. Colicci. Please excuse me for smelling like garlic." Fortunately, all the patients for the day loved garlic. Dr. D. told me it was spilling from my pores! Too funny.... |

Garlic is one of my favorite foods. And good for us, too! I've eaten enough garlic to have it come out of my pores as well. I don't mind, but others might! |

YES! The SWAMI print out has this new page "Geno Harmonic Foods" Well, you see, they take the beneficials and make super combos and they have stars next to them for effectivness. Some are more effective than others..But, they're all super combos! I can't wait to start trying the different combos. Must hit the Whole Foods...When you make the combos it's like SUPER foods for health for each Genotype. "Amazing! This is just like magic!" Gilderoy Lockhart Dr.C, I LOVE garlic..my second favorite vegetable, herb, thing..whatever it is. First is artichokes.. I'm going to try the garlic thing..Did you ever have roasted garlic...spread on Italian bread..warm out of the oven? P.S. I see you've joined the Warrior clan... I know a Warrior when I see one. I had been waiting four months to see him, so when he finally came into the room he comes in with Dr. C and the resident, and he and Dr. C were asking me, you know, the general questions. Then, in the conference room, he was going over some of the science teaching the resident, and then telling me about SWAMI and I'm in complete awe, because he not only is a doctor but a programmer..(did I forget to mention a martial arts master?) He even said to me "Do you have any questions?" and I just smiled and said "No", because I went blank.. I know he's a busy man, I didn't want to take up any more of his time. |

I envy you Mayflowers!!!!! CT is a bit far for Mrs. T and me to travel for a doctors appointment. Now if Drs. D&C could do a traveling show, Id go. I guess Ill just have to settle for finding a local practitioner who knows Swami. But having the man himself do it, would be awesome.

I think it's absolutely worth the trip. An appointment with him takes a while, I waited a few months, and then you can just put it on the old credit card! Just fly in and see him and fly back! You could do it in one or two days. |

Man alive! I don't have the answer to all the world's problems but I do know this: this world needs more doctors who ask "Do you have any questions?" LOVE it! How cool that you had the surround sound, live in concert, Dr. D. experience!!! Enjoy your Warriorness! |
