Heidi you're a combination.

I chose Dark Hair/Dark Eyes, even though my hair is gray now.  When I was younger, I had dark brown hair.  My eyes are green.

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.

I have brown eyes.
I started out with blond hair as a child.
How dark of a brown the hair is now depends on how much light it is exposed to.

MIfHI                            I follow a SWAMI diet.

Like you, teri, my dad and I both started going grey early on.  One thing I was secretly hoping was that the BTD and supplements might reverse this.  But I'm glad to settle for not feeling like an old man, even if I look like one.

Exactly, me too, though I kind'a like my hair colour now (gray & white). Not usual for a 46-yr. old woman, but definitely unique. My hubby and my mom both like it too, so that's all that counts. Not sure if you read the other thread or not, but someone has claimed that the diet changed her hair colour...
Quoted from JoanneO
I started life with brown hair and blue eyes. I went gray early, like 30's and dyed my hair for years.  3 years ago stopped dying hair and my hair was like 99% white.  I liked it.  But now, 3 years on BTD and 2 1/@ mo on GTD, my white hair is going darker.  My hairdresser said she has never seen anything like it!  She has never seen a reverse.

I started seeing grays at 18
I'm about 50% gray now. I colored it for a while, but stopped four years ago.
I see no sign of color returning.  My family likes the gray too for some reason.

My mother started going grey in her teens.  I've been waiting with dread to start.  I had just started finding a couple of silver hairs when I started BTD at age 31.  5+ years later and I still have only those few.  My hair also seems to be much healthier and even curlier now than before BTD.

I have dark blond hair and green eyes, so i voted combo.

I'm in my early 40's and just started seeing some gray strands.

I used to have fair hair as a child but nowadays it's getting darker. Brownish I guess. Frequent sun exposure makes it stripey. Eyes sorta greenish-grayish not of very vibrant colour. BUT, I think I could make a convincing red head because my facial hair is a mix of sort of burnt sienna and dark brown and gray.

Again, not sure what to list as:

Hair almost white as a child.
Light to med brown now, get red-gold highlights in lots of sun.

Hazel eyes (not blue, not green)

54, and just beginning to grey

My mother is a green-eyed brunette with auburn highlights, Hungarian, type B Nomad, greyed early

My dad has blue eyes, hair like mine except curly, Danish, type O probably Gatherer or Explorer though taller than me (I'm  5' 4")

Curious about why the poll...

Also what about people of color?

Sheer curiosity really  . So much has been written about the general physical characteristics of various GTs (my favourite being Peppermint Patty )  and I just wanted to know how far we could gather our own info.

Yes, people of colour would be fascinating too!
