Just did:

"If you care to check out the articles at PubMed, you will find lots of peer reviewed articles from credible sources where the science is all about blood type specific research.
"Eat in moderation" implies that one type of diet suits everbody. Again, there is plenty of science that proves otherwise. You just need the integrity to be open-minded and look."

Me too!

Quoted Text
I began the blood type diet in August '07, and the genotype diet in the beginning of January. After 12+ years struggling with depression which wasn't helped by any of the meds I tried, I am now off all my meds and feeling better than ever! I have lost 15 pounds, and a lifetime of reactive hypoglycemia and headaches is gone.

If you actually believe that hype that their is no science behind this diet, you are the sucker! At any rate, I'd rather be a healthy sucker than a sick skeptic, and I am healthier than I've ever been, thanks to Dr. D'Adamo.

I'll pass on visiting this site, since I suspect that it's nincompoopery and I just need to spare my nerves this kind of stuff.

Just remember, I've given you tremendous tools over the years.

For example, The Individualist has a lot of entries on BTD Science.

Yes you have given us much over the years. I feel I owe you my life really, for w/o finding BTD and learning the myriads of things that go along w/ health, I doubt I'd still be here today or at least I'd be in MUCH worse shape.  I think I can speak for 99% of us here when I say, never you worry your little head about us falling for any of that nincompoopery going on at that site.

Stormy, I see your post today. When I posted here, it was only 2 minutes after you posted here, so I guess the other site had not loaded your post yet.    I just mentioned it here because my post over there loaded immediately. Maybe their server was busier when you posted. Anyhow it's there, that's all that matters.

Well, my opinion is that we don't have to suffer fools gladly when it has to do with our diet, our health, our very lives!!!! But Dr. D. can leave it to us to "speak" to these folks!

I posted too. It's good to see the substance of all your posts versus the naysayers unfounded "That's just a stupid idea" mentality. They still won't be convinced but at least anyone else reading it will see that the people who follow BTD/GTD are believers!

Oh yes it is "nincompoopery" and not worth your time (Dr. D).   Some silly person who thinks they can say what they like and not be held accountable.

I posted, too. The site is not a useful site. I would think most people won't be reading it for information. Those people were not genuine critics because they were too flippant. So maybe my post is wasted but it was sure great to see all our posts together. Yeah, team!!

I like that word nincompoopery ...Aani

Listen, this is what I think: I think we can't go around measuring our goodness by what we don't do, by what we deny ourselves, what we resist, and who we exclude. I think we've got to measure goodness by what we embrace, what we create, and who we include. Pere Henri (Chocolat)
