I know that in general finishing off the remainder of our BTD supplements & vitamins is fine since our blood types do not change. I am wondering about this for me as a Teacher though with regard to the probiotics in particular since Teacher problems arise from a build-up of toxicity from bad bacteria.
My results from Dr. D.'s blog quiz did say I should switch from the BTD to the GTD and the AB diet is, to me, very different from the Teacher one. The book says most Teachers are A's not AB's. Since so many foods that were good for me are now bad, does that mean the bacteria in the probiotics is also no longer a good idea for me now?

I was wondering about this myself as one of the GT supps seems to have alot of probiotics in it and I need to finish my BTD ones.
Do I replace the BTD probiotics with the GTD supp that contains (it seems), an ample amount?
Also it seems that the GTD supps are not a full supplement package at this point. It looks as though one needs to keep taking ones BTD supps and add the GTD supps in addition for optimum health benefits - is this correct?
Also in the future will Dr. D come out with a GTD supplement package that includes vitimins/minerals, etc., especially formulated for one following the GTD so one can just buy GTD supps and not have to buy both the BTD and the GTD supps? |

The NAP representative told me to stay with the BTD Vitamins, minerals and probiotics and add the GTD supplements. |

Well it seems we would be doubling up on some ingredients. Maybe not... but at first glance at the supp list... it seems so. |

actually there is very little...if not none.. overlap with the genotype supps and the blood type supps unless you look at the multi's.....I would suggest the Genotype Multi's if you want to share the bottle(s) among family members with different blood types otherwise the polyvite and phytocal for your blood type are better in my mind...here is a good link to explain it http://www.4yourtype.com/which_supps.asp |

I didn't see any GT multi's? Only a 3 pack of specialty GT supps that didn't seem to be multiple vitimins (?) |

If you go the link from mikeo the screen is divided into an upper and a lower half. In the bottom half, on the left hand side, there is a photo of the GTD supplements as a set of 5. Two on top in a circle and three on the bottom. The 2 in the circle are the multi's and the minerals. As far as I know, they are for any genotype (I could be wrong about that part though). The 3 on the bottom are the GTD archtype specific items. On the right are the bloodtype specific probiotic and deflect. |

Thanks much... I'll call NAP and get more clarification when it's time. |
