Hey thanks! That might just inspire me to give it a go (and good timing since I will be getting a tax return in the near future!). So what do you store your freshly made milk in and for how long will it last? I'm thinking glass containers in the fridge.
It makes approx 2-3 cups and we drink it in a matter of 2-3 days so I'm sure you could store it up for several days but most likely you will be making it every few days depending on how much you use it. And yes... glass containers in the fridge for us!
In the second post (Reply #1), I gave my almond-milk "recipe" for anyone (like me) who doesn't care to mess with lots of ingredients, equipment, etc. If you don't use a lot of milk, maybe just want a cupful now and then for a batch of muffins, or an occasional bowl of dry cereal, this quick-and-easy version should be perfectly adequate.
