hey lloyd!
i am still in love with the BTD and was thinking about doing the BTD but avoiding grains. I have alot of problems with a dry mouth, severely dry eyes (i have cornea inflammation from it). i think my thyroid is connected to this. i have heard that avoiding grains can cure this.

Or I wanted to do the nomad but avoid grains. I don't think I will ever feel confident about my genotype until I go to the Dadamo clinic. So I figure, shouldn't I do the BTD since I know it is the correct one for me and I can't get that wrong?
thanks!

Sounds like a working plan.

You could stay on BTD and limit intake of any Nomad toxins at the same time and/or increase use of Nomad diamonds that are good for AB. If you want to go that far. Just doing the AB for awhile is fine.
