Hi People,

am bit confused. its cos of Ingredients: WHolegrain Rye flour 94% (gluten),water, salt, yeast.
i think on this diet am not suppose to have gluten and yeast or is it just in small quantity's?
Than again 94% is not a small amount?
Can u clarify  this for me please?
Thank you in advance

Anna- Gluten is not avoid for O´s .
Some 0´s do well with rye- other does not.
My daughter O sec- has always been fine with rye and spelt bothe neutral both has gluten
in smaller ammounts- she does not have a weight problem and is healthy.
You can look up all ingredients in the typebase here is rye flour

Gluten is fine (for some individuals of all blood types) - it is the lectin in wheat that is the major problem.

Many people confuse the reasoning why wheat is an avoid to think it is due to gluten, when it is the wheat lectin (or some other component) causing the problems...

Hi Anna,

I have no problem with rye and spelt, whereas wheat gives me trouble.

If you are not particularly sensitive to gluten, then you can enjoy your Finn crisp

WHolegrain Rye flour 94% (gluten)

this to my understanding means that 94% is in fact whole rye flour

but that the remaining 6% is in fact whole wheat flour or added gluten flour like
in the food for life ezekiel bread

I would go find 100% whole rye flour fins or knaecker brot type cracker instead....IMPO

I disagree with that
- We have the same product in DK and is always HAVE to say if there is any wheat in
- The other 6 % is water, yeast and salt at least if it is european way of stating ingrediens.

I interpret that to mean that the product is 94% rye flour (which contains  gluten, so the warning is there for those with celiac disease), and the other 6% is the water, yeast, and salt.

Annaseed- just realised what your name is lol Cute!! In my opinion (from not having put it the right way at one stage) you really do have to reorganize your time and give BTD proper time and space for it to work (Especially being an O)!! All the best!!
