I was wondering if blood-type A can eat Seitan? because it's made of wheat glutten and I'm not sure whether it's okay or not.

No! Slow death and or mental illness in store if going down that rubbery road! I dont care even if Buddhists discovered it ---- theres no compassionate outcome once seitan hits MY body. No wonder its actually pronounced " satan "

The fact that it is wheat gluten and that wheat gluten is really bad in all ways for us is your first clue.  I don't need a second clue.  Do you?

Not sure, Seraffa, but it is listed in the superfood column, so it must be good! I don't eat seitan anymore (don't care for the texture), but I also don't avoid wheat gluten in other products like breads.
