You either need to continue searching for a compliant milk or make your own.

Hi wild animal,

More and more, a lot of us find ourselves just making our own products such as the rice milk you mentioned.  It gets easy as we find recipes and get the hang of being our own 'chefs'.  It's a way of nurturing ourselves as well as feeding ourselves healthy foods.

What are you using the rice milk for? Perhaps it would be easier to use cow's or goat's milk instead of rice milk, since you're a B and most Bs can handle dairy just fine.

I agree- ricemilk works as grainjuice for me- makes my blodsugar crazy
IF I don´t want to have dairy - I use homemade nutmilk with ok nuts.,, much more nourishing,, than grain-juice.

Me too.  Rice or other grain milks cause my blood sugar to spike and crash.  I would more likely make my own nut milk, if I needed a 'milk'.

I don't eat any dairy milk at all.
