Does anyone have any information about type A's consuming nopales??? (cactus) We love to eat them with many different foods. When you cook them, they have a texture inside much like aloe. I was wondering if they could be a beneficial the same as aloe for type A's.

It also helps me with digestion and elimination-not to sound gross. They are really high in fiber and also protects from mouth cancers. I have done tons of reading about them...they are so healthy! I also love okra...I was hoping that since nopales are "slimey" like okra & aloe, they would be a beneficial.
