Lately I've been very lethargic & running a mild fever on & off, I'm constantly going pee which is unusual for me. I went to dr for blood work & urinanalysis, the bloodwork came back fine but the urine showed trace amounts of blood but no infection which ruled out a UTI. The dr ordered a second test to be sure & it came back the same. He thinks it could be either kidney stones or kidney infection, I have an ultrasound scheduled for May,
I've upped my intake of bennie foods and pineapple juice but is there some vitamins that would also help? I currently take vitamin D, cranberry extract, ground flax, B12 and calcium supplements.

Here is the link to the Urinary Tract Protocol:
http://www.dadamo.com/protocols/29.html

We (Type AB and A) have used several products that we use for kidney stones that work really well:
Stone Breaker - Liquid Chanca Piedra extract is good for breaking up existing stones.
Stone Free by Planetary Herbals - to support normal bile flow and support normal fluid elimination.

Since this topic just happened to appear, I will share what has been happening lately with me.
peeing a lot= 22 times in 24 hours, I actually kept track
light during day, darker at night (at time sometimes use potapot which when recently emptying, found straight line particles stuck to bottom, some looking red, need to scrape to remove, can pick up and is hard not bendable, no pain going, just urgency.

any knowledge or ideas on what this can be?  I drink plenty of water daily at least 8 12 oz glasses that also has ice in it.

Geminisue you should see a dr immediately.  You can't see it in my pee but there's traces of blood which is why he's thinking kidney issues. I never noticed it before but when I had to give a sample I noticed it was quite cloudy, and it had "something" in it. It scares me that my body is doing this. I have zero energy and I mean zero!! It takes all I have to get thru the day, I've been going to bed early (8:00 pm) and sleeping over 14 hrs straight. I'll sometimes wake up to pee ( which is not normal for me, this only starting happening recently).  But I drink lots of water, pineapple juice and green tea. Which is why I'm peeing more, I'm trying to help flush whatever it is out.

If infection has been ruled out, consider getting the herb ROYAL BREAKSTONE.  So far, it has prevented kidney stones from causing a problem in Mr. KK.

He's done the tincture and the tea.  Not positive, but I believe it breaks the stones up/ dissolves them while they are in the kidneys so that they pass without pain. He now does a maintenance dose of daily tea for a week, once a month.
