Ok deleted the original post. This official app is good. But Back to the original post.

"Hello everyone. I'm new here but I've been on the blood type diet for about 2 months now and I havent really seen results. My blood type is B (cant eat chicken or tomatoes   ) and the only results I've noticed is that I dont feel bloated anymore. Which is a good thing. I am a 27 year old man and I just started working out again (traveled a lot in the past year) and I understand that Its a long process but I would like to hear your story and how long you've been doing it."

What results are you looking for what are your goals?

The healthier you are the less you will notice the changes-- sick people notice more changes.

At 27 i suspect you are pretty healthy. This is a lifestyle for the rest of your life.

I notice you mentioned what you don't eat any more but what you do eat is way more important.

I am a nurse and pay attention to the blood types of my patients I see a fair number of B's who are pretty sick as they age.

I have been on this diet for 14 years.  I started with ERFYT (BTD) with both my son & I as B’s.  Slight difference in B-/B+.  He will be 30 in April.  I had stopped eating chicken when I was in college because of horrible stomach cramps.  Corn makes me stuffy.  I’ve always hated tomatoes.  So when I read the book, I said “This diet lifestyle is for me.”  Then I read LRFYT.  More differing in non-secretor/secretor.  Then came GTD.  More differences Super taster/regular taster.  He is a Nomad.  I am an Explorer.  Nomad worked for him but Explorer did not for me.  Finally Swami arrived.  He didn’t need it.  I had it done which made a big difference.  I now have the perfect diet for me.

I am B- NON-Sec Explorer; my son is B+ SEC Nomad; my Mother was O+; and my Father was AB-

@Andrea AWsec I am pretty healthy but I am trying to lower my body fat %. Trying to look good. I need to start reading other posts because I didnt think this diet was that important but from what I read so far... it seems like a life and death type deal. Since I've been on the diet i FEEL better but I dont look any different. This diet isnt hard at all, I was just a big fan of tomato sauce and chicken lol. Thanks for everyones replies... I appreciate it.

Glad you have started on this journey! How many years did it take to look like you do now?! Took a while, right? So just think in those terms and be patient. I know plenty of people who have been on this diet who look a LOT better than other people their age. I have a sister who is 82 and NOBODY believes she is anywhere near that age. She gets around and does as she pleases like a healthy person in their fifties. She has been on the diet for over thirteen years. You can't ask for more than that!
