I like natural ginger ale and this recipe is very close.  I doubt, however, I would drink as much as this recommends.

I'm a *hotty* naturally...can't deal with cayenne @ all...

I'm on my cleansing reactions of Cordyceps and ABM and must avou... much better then all stuffs I've ever tried...so far... next will be Hericium for further weight loss.... but I also must avou... I think I need to change from extracts to the normal stuff called pilzpowder.... if not I'm experiencing heaviest heart racings.....
btw... now I also understand why this did happened to me with Reishi... it has a bit stuffs in similar to caféine... no wonder that my pauvre heart raced  like crazy and I didn't knew...only took notice right now from further infos from insiders of the so called *mycotherapy formums* ...

Isa - Cordyceps is great. I have been taking 1 tsp. daily for several years now. It has aided in prolapse, nourished my kidneys and helps with energy. A herbalist friend makes this powdered product in which he puts chaga, reishi, roasted dandelion and chicory roots and the reishi is fine for me. I drink 2 huge mugs a day, one before dinner and the other in the evening. Makes me feel calm and clear. Do you think that your reaction to it is because of your blood type?

The recipe for this drink is similar to the spicy milk recipe posted a week or so ago.  It sounds like something I would like.  Am going to try it because my face and particularly my eyes have been really puffy for quite a while.  It certainly can't hurt!   Just wish I could also get hubby to try it but he has this "thing" about turmeric.  He does drink lemon juice in hot water each morning, though.

Dianne, I can't really tell you right now... it was merely explained that Reishi has caféine similar issues...and I've never have had any bad reactions to Cordyceps but when I gave  a try to Reishi... it wasn't pleasent at all ....and perhaps is P.D right as usual for us the explorers in comeing along with less amounts...
Here from the healing mushies exist the powder as a sort of adaptogenic product as well as the extracts...and yep... I see right now..perhaps better to let go the extracts to the real sick peeps and using adaptogenics for prevention ....

Mycotherapy forums.  May I ask exactly what it is that you are healing on? Do you have a mycobacterium infection?
