What are you trying to achieve?

Generally Chondroitin is better for BT A's

Chondroitin is definitely an avoid for O's.  Glucosamine and MSM are fine.

I can testify that I have several type O relatives taking a glucosamine sulfate supplement and it stops their knee pain. Don't know what MSM does or when one would need it.
