I don't understand this whatsoever the slightest amount of olive oil used I end up talking to the Big white throne. For some reason my stomach does not want to process it, this is the only oil I'm allowed

Your blood type is not the only issue involved in eating healthy food, that culprit called gluten throws off the desire of trying to stay balanced. Wheat, flour even gravy, including grits and some other foods as well as eggs limits my intake of being B+ Help please

Why do you think that olive oil is the only oil you're allowed to have? Bs can have grape seed oil, flax oil, fish oils, cod liver oil, butter, ghee, and the fat from any allowable meats.

Interesting thread, we still need to remember that a Type B or O, or whatever, at age 20 or 30 may be different from when we are age 30, 40 or older, due to changes in organs, cells and how quickly things are processed, broken down, etc in the system. We can develop mineral imbalances and nutrient deficiencies over many years as I found out for myself. Over time, oxidation rate can change, related to our cellular metabolism, and so protein and fats can be a challenge when they weren't previously or when we were younger. Make sure the olive oil is fresh, buy in small quantity - locally produced if you can get it, and have around lunch time, a little at evening, but pay attention to other factors which may be contributing. I quite like grape seed oil myself as is light and may not act in the same way as the animal or fish oils. Sometimes when I eat sardines, I can feel oils are still being digested hours later and this is not nice to exerience, same when I eat dairy cream. The liver is the largest gland, and I have a new respect for all glands now incl the endocrine, after not paying much notice in years gone by. Let's look after our precious glands!

Actually, in addition to olive oil, B's are allowed the following oils:
Almond = neutral Black current seed = neutral for secretors, beneficial for nons Borage seed = neutral Cod liver ( ) = neutral Evening primrose = neutral Flaxseed = neutral for secretors, beneficial for nons Walnut = neutral for secretors, beneficial for nons
Granted, most of those have a low smokepoint so they are not ideal to use as cooking oils, but just so you know, those oils are compliant for your B type. Also, you could cook with butter or ghee (yum!). (Ghee is actually a cancer superbeneficial for Type B!)
