How long does it normally take to get all toxins/avoids (eg:coffee) out of your system and what would be the best things to take/eat to aid this?

Deflect is best for me, but you should also consider the other items in the Detoxification Protocol.

Thanks C-sharp and Lola for getting back to me.

Any chance you could recommend a specific food/s?  With Christmas coming up and 6 weeks of school holidays along with it I'm not as financially able at the moment to purchase these but will definitely look further into the New Year.

The time required depends on how much is stored, what level of beneficial foods you eat, and how well your detox organs (digestion, liver, kidneys) are functioning...

Drinking enough fluids helps with detoxification. Lemon water is especially helpful- you can drink that every day through holiday season and minimize some of the effects of any "avoids" you end up eating.

Epsom salt baths, with or without sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) added, can also help some people with detox. It's also relaxing to soak in a warm tub,and can't cause any harm.

Really?  Lemon water? That's great to know!  I drink a big glass with 1/2 lemon squeezed in with sea salt and stevia after a sauna.  Makes a GREAT lemon juice drink but what's even better is making it with Agave...
