I wonder if it could be used as a Therapeudic lectin to bind cancers or pathogens.

I'd be interested in a lectin that can make sweet things taste sour.  Then my sugar cravings can be conditioned away, perhaps.


My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.
