HI Helen,

It's not listed on the TypeBase, so it would be considered a Neutral.

If you do buy it, take note of any adverse effects you might experience...just in case

These could take up to three days to show, so if you really want to 'test' this product, stick to eating and drinking what you know, so if you do have a reaction you know for sure it was the mushroom coffee

Hope it tastes nice...I can't imagine...

Check the product ingredients carefully. Many products like this contain numerous ingredients, and it may contain an "avoid" (such as roasted barley) even if the main ingredient is neutral.

Roasted chicory root is another popular coffee substitute that O's should avoid.

Of course if you have any allergies to mushrooms or molds (including penicillin), you should play it safe and avoid the stuff.

My SWAMI diet is a blend of BTD and GTD Explorer, but I'm not totally compliant.  Also I try to choose foods that have a Low Glycemic index.  DW and DD are A+, probably also Explorer.

I thought chicory root itself was an avoid for Os.  But I just looked it up, and (now) it's a beneficial.

I've always avoided it for some reason.  Perhaps SWAMI?  Ahh, here it is, black dot.
